Leadership Staff
Traci Vogel
Founding President
Traci started The Children’s Gym because of her passion for teaching children in a positive environment. She felt there was a need to provide a place for a diverse group of students to gather and learn gymnastics non-competitively. She grew The Children’s Gym from a small preschool gymnastics program, to a facility that caters to now over 1,000 students!
Andrea Lawrence
Chief Operating Officer
Andrea grew up here at The Children’s Gym and now manages the company. She is passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through TCG’s doors. The gym feels like part of her family, and she wants that feeling to extend to students, parents, and staff alike. Andrea and her family recently moved to Gilbert, AZ, so she now runs the company mostly remotely. She travels back to Portland bimonthly or more often to connect in person with staff and families, ensuring the smooth operation of the company and supporting the ongoing growth of the mission, vision, and culture. In her free time, Andrea loves spending time with her husband and five-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Abigail. She enjoys exploring her new city, traveling nearby and abroad, and reading.
Tami Fitzgerald
TCG Squad Leader & Training Coordinator
Tami has been involved in the sport of gymnastics since the age of 5, both as a competitive gymnast and for recreation. She loves coaching all the ages and levels of classes here at TCG! Outside the world of gymnastics, Tami enjoys as much time with family as possible. Other activities she enjoys are fishing, hiking, rafting, hunting, camping, gardening and almost anything that is in the outdoors!
Christine Baird
Operations Assistant & School-Aged Program Leader
Christine started competitive gymnastics in Germany, where she was recruited to an elite training program at the age of six. She competed at the National Championships twice, winning once, before she moved to the United States at twelve. She has coached for 19 years, specializing in coaching and managing recreational and competitive mens and womens gymnastics programs. Outside of the gymnastics world, Christine loves to travel, read, road trip and dance her way through life!
Megan Tramp
Preschool Program Leader
Megan was a competitive cheerleader and later coached her former high school cheerleading team before moving to Portland to coach an All Star competitive cheer team. She is an avid musician and has toured nationally for several years. Megan thoroughly enjoys teaching children’s gymnastics and the many positive life lessons that emerge in the under current of her classes. In her free time, Megan likes to make music and create art.

Cassidy Balder
Hospitality Team Lead
Hi! My name is Cassidy, and I recently moved from Texas to Oregon. I love meeting new people and uplifting those around me, which I think comes from being on the dance/drill team all throughout high school. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bacherlor’s Degree in Studio Art. In my free time, I love to dance, read, and be outdoors.
Bijou Allard She/Her
Hospitality Team
Bijou first came to The Children’s Gym as a child growing up in Portland, which sparked a lifelong passion for movement and well-being. She. graduated from Chapman University with a degree in psychology and neuroscience. She loves watching kids build confidence in themselves through gymnastics! In her free time, you can find her painting, cooking, making ceramics, or working at a yoga studio!

Brynne Anderson
Gymnastics Coach
Brynne did gymnastics for many years as a child, which led her to discover her passion for acrobatics. She loves the joy and playfulness that come with working with children, and in her free time trains and performs partner acrobatics, bakes, and crafts!
Elena Forristall
Gymnastics Coach
Hello! My name is Elena and I am a recent graduate from the University of Portland with a bachelors in psychology and a focus in physical therapy. I’m originally from southern California where I was involved in the circus for a majority of my life. I love working with kids and being able to create a fun and safe space for them to learn gymnastics. In my free time, I love going to the beach and exploring with friends.
Ellie Voss-Rothmeier She/Her

Ellie was a gymnast for 6 years. She did 4 years of recreational classes, then spent 2 years on a
competitive team with Junior Olympics. Ellie is currently a high school student . She has always
loved working with children and loves teaching gymnastics. In her free time, Ellie likes to spend
time with friends and family
Finn Mayer He/Him
Gymnastics Coach
Hello! My name is Finn Mayer and I am a native Portlander, who has a passion for hiking and adventure. I trained in classical ballet for 8 years, and I have always been interested in the performing arts. I really enjoy working with kids and am thrilled to teach gymnastics at TCG.
Jadyn Eigner She/Her
Gymnastics Coach
My name is Jadyn Eigner, and I have eight years of cheerleading experience. I graduated from Mercer Island High School. I am new to Portland. I enjoy reading, crocheting, and painting.
Maryn Moreau She/Her
Gymnastics Coach
Maryn has been doing gymnastics for 15 years. She started her gymnastics journey at TCG when she was 18 months old, in the parent-child classes. She was a competitive gymnast for two years, then switched to the Squad Program in 6th grade, and remained part of Squad for six years. TCG has been her second family, and she is excited to continue her TCG journey as a coach, providing kids with an inclusive and positive experience in gymnastics. She is a freshman at Lewis & Clark College, and will be graduating in the spring of 2029 with a Bachelors in Psychology, along with being Pre-Med. She plans to become a pediatric neurologist or a physical therapist, with a focus on rare diseases and autism. Outside of the gym, Maryn enjoys volunteering, making art, anything science-related, reading, and learning.
Anna Vila She/Her

Hi, my name is Anna! I started gymnastics when I was just four years old and competed as an acrobatic gymnast for 10 years. I coached at my previous gym and have five years of experience. I am deeply passionate about gymnastics and love working with kids. One day, I hope to pursue a career in education. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with friends!
Annika Schwartz
Gymnastics Coach
Hi my name is Annika! I have been a gymnast at TCG for 12 years and have been doing aerial dance for three years. I love working with children and I want share the same fun experiences I’ve had at TCG. I’m currently a high school student, and in my free time I like to hang out with family and friends. I also love to crochet animals and flowers.
Peyton Syrnyk They/She
Gymnastics Coach
Hi! My name is Peyton, and I love bringing creativity and positivity to everything I do. I’ve had the chance to work with kids in a variety of roles and love cheering them on as they build confidence and try new things. I recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at the University of Oregon, where I cultivated a passion for building welcoming, supportive communities. When I’m not at the gym, you can usually find me making zines, rollerblading, rock climbing, or exploring the outdoors.
Isabel Rosa She/Her
Gymnastics Coach
Isabel was a recreational gymnast for a few years growing up in West Virginia. She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Reed College. She is passionate about working with and supporting children. In her free time, she enjoys singing and hiking with friends.
