Gymnastics Tuition and Fees
Please read the information below regarding gymnastics tuition and fees for classes at The Children's Gym.
Regular Season Billing:
Our enrollment and billing are all electronic. For families with children enrolled in regular-season classes, we securely keep a form of payment on file in your account online and automatically bill on the 21st of each month for the following month’s tuition. Any requests to be dropped from class must be received prior to the 21st in order to not be billed for the next month’s tuition. Families with further billing policy questions may refer to the agreements they signed upon enrolling their child.
General Billing & Transaction Policies:
Enrollment and billing for all TCG services are completed electronically. This allows us to collect the necessary family, student, and enrollment information securely and efficiently. All sales are final, so please make sure your student can attend before completing enrollment. Specific policies are provided during the enrollment process in the Customer Portal and on the program pages of our website for customer review. Please reach out to us anytime with questions.
Regular Season Tuition:
Tuition is based on the number of classes your child will attend during the calendar month, depending on their start date. Our listed tuition reflects a standard four-week month with four lessons. If your child attends the same class more than once per week, or if five weekly lessons occur in a single month, tuition will be adjusted accordingly. Tuition secures your child’s spot in their regularly scheduled class for the month in which it is paid, regardless of family schedules or student attendance.
Makeup classes are offered as a courtesy for pre-excused absences only, when available. An absence is considered pre-excused when it is reported through the online Customer Portal at least one hour before the class start time.
Once a pre-excused absence has passed, a makeup token will be added to the student’s account. This token may be used to schedule a makeup class and will remain active for 60 days from the date of the absence.
Registration Fees:
At the time of enrollment in TCG’s ongoing, regular-season classes, a $45 registration fee is collected for each student. This fee is renewed annually based on each student’s anniversary date and is valid for 12 months.
A current registration fee is required for students participating in any gymnastics-related program, including ongoing gymnastics classes, drop-in gymnastics classes, specialty clinics, and private lessons.
