After School Care at The Children's Gym

Our after school care program provides children with 3 fun filled hours at our gym in a safe, positive and active environment. After school care is an affordable and convenient option for parents that guarantees their child’s pick up from school, a healthy snack, homework time and hour long physical movement class. After school care is staffed by our highly trained staff with experience in education, physical fitness and are certified in first aid and CPR.


Registration can be done over the phone or in person at The Children's Gym. Spaces are limited and will fill on a first come first serve basis.


ENROLLMENT/TUITION/FEE

2011-2012 School Year Monthly Tuition
5 Days: $400 *Includes 1 class/week (gymnastics, dance or cheer) on Fridays.
Single Days/week are available upon request space permitting. Pricing: For 3 days or less per week $30/day for 4 or more days per week $20/day.

Prices include:
Transportation from school, one healthy snack upon arrival, an hour-long motion evolution physical fitness class each day of attendance and 1 classes (gymnastics, cheer or dance) to sign up for 1 time per week.

*Hours: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
*Schools we pick up from: Alameda
*Ages: 4 years and up.
*Available space is filled on a first come, first serve basis. All enrollment forms must be filled out and turned in before a student may attend. Forms are available at our front desk or may be requested via e-mail.
*Annual registration fees are required for enrollment into after school care.
*After school tuition is due on the 21st of the current month for the upcoming months enrollment.
*A late fee penalty of $10 will be assessed to tuition not paid within five days of the due date.
* Fees are based on the number of days a week a child is registered for and is calculated on a four-week month.
* A 10% discount is applied to additional siblings after school tuition residing in the same home. A 10% discount will also be applied to additional classes an after care student signs up for.
*Credit will not be given for absences except in case of doctor noted illnesses or prolonged injury that exceeds two weeks. The credit will be applied to your account to be used towards the next month’s bill.

After School Care Time Break Down:

~Pick up from schools and arrive back at The Children's Gym.
~Students enjoy a healthy snack upon arrival at the gym.
~Motion Evolution Fitness Class-All children will participate in an hour-long class to keep moving and learning the importance of exercise and nutrition.
~Homework time is provided for children. Staff will spot check for completeness if requested to do so.
~Activities including board games, coloring, education worksheets, books and more will also be provided for children.
